Harry L. Rothstein was licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1981 and as a broker in 1984. He previously owned and operated a public warehouse and trucking company in Wilkes-Barre and Scranton. In 1990 he established 1st Business Realty dealing exclusively in commercial and industrial real estate.

Ellen offers a wealth of information to buyers, sellers, and investors of commercial real estate. First, for over 15 years, she worked in several sales and marketing positions. She also provided coaching to organizations and taught undergraduate and graduate university courses in these topics. Ellen now shares these skills to benefit commercial clients as she prepares marketing literature, marketing campaigns, presentations, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and value justifications.

Mr. Levy spent the last 24 years with B. Levy & Sons, a wholesaler and retailer in the footwear industry. During his career he held many positions and was head of the wholesale division acting as National Sales Manager and Key Account Executive. Mr. Levy also created the company’s importing business, opening offices in Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Yugoslavia, Taiwan and China while acting as Product Development and Sourcing Director.

Marilee has a vast background in construction and real state management. She was born into a family business, Mar-Paul Construction, Inc. where she held many roles starting with accounting, then moving on to office management and later Assistant Project Manager. Her duties throughout the years allowed her to understand commercial construction in every facet.
